Anthony Lewis is a professional dancer, choreographer, coach and competitor teaching all major forms of social and competitive partner dance including American Style Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Salsa and Country Western dance.

Anthony Lewis relocated to Nashville from Sacramento, CA in July of 2009 and is originally from Louisville, KY. He is a professional dancer, choreographer, coach and competitor teaching all major forms of social and competitive partner dance including American Style Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Salsa and Country Western dance.

Competitive Dance and Teaching Background 

Anthony began dancing in 1995, teaching as a full time profession  in 1996 and competing professionally in 1998. Since that time, he has won several titles and first place finishes at numerous dance competitions nationally including a fourth place finish at the World’s Championships. 

He has also coached several nationally ranked competitors. His services are highly sought after and he is regularly invited to teach, perform and judge at dance competitions and conventions. He has taught dance to both social and competitive dancers all across the United States. 

Anthony, competitively, is currently specializing in the West Coast Swing and Country Western forms of dance and is one of the region’s top professionals. Training for the upcoming dance season, he plans to compete in the Showcase Division 1 of the UCWDC (considered the equivalent of the “rising star” division of ballroom dancing). Anthony's passion for dance makes him one of the most exciting and highly sought after performers in the region.

Anthony has built and owned dance studios in Louisville KY, Lexington KY, and Sacramento CA.
